Through networking and conversation, Rick French was able to approach a prospective account and convince them to make NSM their broker.



After building a relationship with a top salesperson at this account, Rick learned that the company’s current broker did not offer the same top-quality service as NSM. Later, he learned that their current broker was also not providing coverage for their largest exposure.



As stated above, John Buler was invited to perform an audit for the account, and found that the current broker had not provided coverage for the company’s biggest exposure – cyber liability.


The Solution

This news, along with Rick’s efforts to assist their top sales person, convinced the account to switch from their current broker to NSM!
