M&A insurance practice leader Kyle McClellan and the NSM Insurance Brokers team recently hosted a Representations & Warranties event at Union League Liberty Hill. Kyle and featured speaker Steve Anderson, President and CEO of BlueChip Underwriting Services, presented on the evolution of M&A insurance products, the current landscape for transactional risk solutions and what’s ahead for M&A.
We closed out the afternoon with a great happy hour, games of Bocce ball and — of course — a gorgeous spring day. Thank you to everyone who attended!
